Room Hire Application Conditions of Use

Sunset Function Room

Top Level of the building, right on the beach

Beautiful Panoramic Bay & Sunset Views

Perfect for weddings, conferences, or meetings

Walls of glass provide guests with breathtaking views,

of the bay by day and city lights at night.

Doors open on to a spacious balcony overlooking the beach.

Licensed Bar Facilities. Fully air conditioned.

Room caters for up to 100 people. (90 seated)

Catered functions or self catering available.

Day time hire for meetings or conferences.

Loads of natural daylight.

Projector and laptop available.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Frankston Station

and the Frankston shopping and entertainment precinct.

Situated below our venue at street level is

'Waves on the beach' Restaurant.

Car parking is available just outside our doors

in a free public car park with a 3 hour day time limit.

Along the beach side of Kananook Creek, there are some free 4 hour areas

and some all day ticket parking areas for $1.00 per day.

Function Room

We are fortunate to occupy a prime location on the foreshore overlooking the waters of Port Phillip Bay, the perfect location to host your next social or corporate function. The top level of our building is a lovely venue for weddings or corporate meetings and training days. Why not make an appointment with our Club representative, to view our facilities and discuss your requirements.

The Frankston Lifesaving Club Inc. operates on two levels of the three level building, located at No 1 Wells Street, Frankston.

The downstairs beach level is our patrol operations, training, first aid, change rooms, toilets and storage area.
The top-level of the building houses our beach observation tower and our social rooms, award theory training & education area.

Note: The middle or street level of the building is a separate restaurant, leased by another tenant and not accessible from our sections of the building.

Alcohol will only be served to people over the age of 18 years.

People with disabilities are welcome and most areas have purpose built access. As we wish to preserve good clean comfortable conditions upstairs we have dress codes and social club rules for that area (see club by-laws).

We are a totally non-smoking venue
